Mrs. Manisha Suthar had seen a dream to make big and professional Beauty Parlor saloon in her life. She completed her education till 12th before marriage in Rajasthan. After marriage she came to bhuj with her husband. She talked about her dream with her husband and he supported her and started to work towards fulfilling her dreams. After research she went for basic trainings of different beauty treatment in Bhuj. After learning many thing in this field. She started small business at her home. Running business at her home she wants to masteries herself in this field she keeps on learning new things in classes. One day she saw RSETI advertisement of Beauty Parlor Management. She applied for this training. In Interview she got selected for training. In training first two days she was impressed to learn about self employment. In Technical training she learned about some new ideas of beauty treatment and completed RSETI Beauty Parlor Management Training.

Mrs. Jasuba Juvanshih Jadeja

Jasuba was a part of the SHG group which was managed by Mission Manglam (DRDA) at her village Vanku, Tal: Abdasa. Her village is situated at the end of the Kutch. In this village, income generation was only from dairy farming activity. But Gujarat Government and started a mission of Swatch Bharat Mission and she become the part of Swastha Shilpi Training going on under the Swatch Bharat Mission she had participated under one such training given by RSETI at her own village. So she came to know regarding RSETI during her training under Swatch Bharat Mission. And she meet with the Director of the institute Shri Vijay S Patel. She said that she knows how to make Agarbatti (incense stick) and want to start such kind of business on her own. So form the RSETI only her PMEGP application was send and further her application was sanctioned and loan was approved by Dena Bank Kotara, Abdasa. Mrs. Jasuba Juvanshih Jadeja has taken two training from RSETI as the part of the SHG group she had taken training in Swastha Shipli under Swatch Bharat Mission which was organised by DRDA. And where she had learned so many things regarding RSETI and also how to make toilets and why it is necessary to have cleanliness in the village. During this training she had learned how to develop self confidence and with other such entrepreneurial games like ring toss and tower building she had learned regarding business. She had also taken training in PMEGP EDP for 10 day. Where she had learned all the ways to run a business and how to manage such type of business. And regarding the different tax and how to keep accounts for the firm which she has to maintain.

Mr. Abdul Abdreman Hasaniya

Story of disable labor man who keen for technology experiments. This story is about Mr. Abdul Abdreman Hasaniya who belongs to Dedhiya Village which is located in Mandvi Kachchh. Abdul has disability in his right ear. He lost his right ear in his childhood. Abdul worked as labor in near places with mesons. But he was really interested in technology work. Because of his poorness he leaved the study at 7th standard and started to help his father to work as labor. After his work he use to do experiment in different gadgets like unused mobile phone, battery, lights etc. Because of his disability he is in contact with one of NGO name Navchetan Andhajan Mandal in bhuj Kachchh. Through Navchetan Andhajan Mandal he contacted Dena RSETI and applied for cell Phone repair and service training. After appling for training Mr. Abdul called for Interview. In Interview he showed his some of creations of gadget like torch from mobile battery and we can charge it also. And he wanted to start mobile repairing business in his area. Because of his knowledge of technology and keen to work more in this line he passed the interview and called for training in RSETI.

Mr.Amad Juma Manka

Amad Manka, this is small farmer who is looking good in a bright future for his family. From somewhere in the newspaper he came to know regarding RSETI who is providing training and also looking after the entrepreneur after the training program also guiding for advances. After getting this news without wasting a single moment he had approach to RSETI. Then he got the information of 13 days trading program of general EDP for micro enterprise. You also came to know that Centre is also helping not to get advance but also to get benefits of government schemes for subsidy and MSME. 

Later on he was called for interview for the training program and he had informed how he wanted to expand his poultry farm business with the help of RSETI and also to understand business now how marketing, financial management and logistics. After so many years he was grateful to RSETI that he got chance to sit on desk in the classroom and to get knowledge which he took after several years. 

During the training program he had learn regarding motivation competencies time management along with business games to understand the business and it's importance. In one of the game of boat building in understand the importance of quality should never be compromise as quality products was helping him to earn more with little but to provide a quality goods. On the last day of validation he had promised that he would change his lifestyle and he would be focus now with only is business and customer satisfaction. After few months he had also approach the centre for financial assistant. A Mudra application was filed in the portal and later on with the support to documents to the bank. Within few days is loan application sanction and also he and received the amount and according to his planning he had expand his business. Today is earning a good amount from its business of poultry farm by providing a good service and quality product to the customer. He is very much thankful to the RSETI that he got regular guidance and motivation from the centre which would now be helpful to achieve his goals and to live a good life for his family.
